With this mind, The Trust has focused on the goal of equipping the broader South African family with the learning, social and creative skills we need to empower ourselves.

Not only has The Trust has been pioneering the way forward since the start in 1988 by empowering its workers during the apartheid era - it has also placed a special focus on job creation for the previously unempowered and disadvantaged, especially in terms of creating opportunities and platforms for women.
